That said, dietitians, nurses, physicians & kinesiologists, have taken the course and have found it to be very useful and insightful in teaching practical information in a way that is easy to then share with their clients/patients. What if I'm not an athlete?

Although this course includes the additional information specific to training & workouts, everyone from ages 2 to 92 can benefit from the course and should be applying the same information. If you are sedentary, certain slides may not apply to you, but most of them will.
